If it does work how long do you see some results? And when is it good to take it or how many should I take? I’m doing weight watchers too so that will help because I have 25 points to eat every day and I have to eat small amount! So does this stuff really work?
All the over the counter diet pills are money makers for a company. They are filled with caffeine to give you energy, but you will crash. Stick with the weight watchers. If you want to try something, try a body cleanse.

@Perfectangelana: How much weight did you lose in a week of eating just string cheese & drinking smoothies?
Drink plenty of mineral water as your main daily intake of liquid. I like Volvic, if you haven’t taken the challenge you should try, it really is full of volcanicity! A cheaper option would be to buy a Brita water filter.
Give up sugar loaded carbonated soft drinks. No more Dr Pepper, no more Pepsi. Just one can of Coke contains 31% of your recommended daily amount of sugar! If this is not possible, limit yourself to one can a day.
Walk when you can. Walk to the shops, walk to your weekly appointment, walk to the school, even walk to work if you want. If it’s within reasonable walking distance walk. You’ll save money on petrol too.
Eat sandwiches without margarine or butter whichever you use. I don’t find either of these improve the taste of the sandwich if you can taste it at all. In fact, you’ll hardly notice it’s not there.
Cut down on fast foods. I’m not telling you to give up, but to cut back on takeaway grub, maybe limit it to once a week or fortnight, and when you do buy in smaller quantities. Order a cheeseburger instead of quarter pounder, buy a small doner kebab, order a small pizza. And of course wash it down with a bottle of Buxton spring water!
If you usually eat a whole tub of Ben & Jerry’s in one, eat only half. If you usually eat six packets of crisps a day, eat just two. If you usually order 2 big macs, large fries, chicken nuggets and large cola, order just 1 quarter pounder, medium fries and a bottle of water.

I’m 5′7, 164 lbs and watch what I eat. I work out 30-45 mins 6 days a week, but i’m not seeing weight loss as quickly as I would hope to. How many carbs should I intake to maybe reach a 4-5 lb weight loss goal per week? Also what are some good foods with low carbs?
Stop….before you try any programs you should know a few things about food. One is where the food you eat falls on the glycemic index. This is important for your body to function correctly. Usana Health Sciences has a product called Reset, this product has a weeks worth of meals to reset your bodies sugar levels and a complete meal plan for after the first week. It is awesome and worked well for me.
There is also a great supplement called Acai Berry Select, this will also help you jump start your weight loss. This product gives you a month supply for free as a trial. I added this to the reset and wow did it work. After the first month if you want more of the Acai Berry Select it does cost, but they don’t require you to keep going after the free trial it is all up to you

thermogenics are pretty popular to increase your energy level without too many calories (sorta like a 5hour energy without carbs). b12 is always popular.
if you are going to exercise you can stack whey protein with dextrose and creatine, but it wont help weight loss if you aren’t exercising vigorously.

We all want to fix a problem as fast as possible â it is human nature. This also applies to overweight people, as they all want a fast fix to lose weight. Many overweight people, younger women especially, think that taking weight loss pills is the easier way to lose weight.
Initially, people who take weight loss pills, think that they will have the will power to stick to the recommended dosage but the reality is that a different story. Many weight loss pill users start increasing the prescribed dosage, as they are impatient and want to speed up the rate at which they lose weight. Many grossly overweight people find a last resort in weight loss pills.
Most health care professionals will agree that weight loss pills are effective and do help people. There is however, a real concern about the side effects of these weight loss pills as some of them can be quite nasty side.
The most popular weight loss pills are Reductil and Xenical. They are available through prescription only. Xenical works as a fat buster and hence, less fat is absorbed in the body. Reductil is quite effective as a weight loss pill, but is best for severely overweight or obese people.

Weight loss pills can be dangerous for you as some of them can have mild to severe side effects. Always take prescription weight loss pills while being monitored by a health care professional.
Most importantly you should change your lifestyle in terms of eating habits and physical activity while taking this medicine, so that you are able to maintain your new weight after you have stopped treatment. Your doctor should advise you on the changes you need to make and continue to monitor your weight after you stop treatment. If you don’t change your lifestyle you may regain the weight you have lost.

I believe rapid fat loss, and permanent fat loss, is easily accomplished when people have the correct plan in place.
I believe there are three key reasons why people fail to lose weight fast and keep it off. Rapid fat loss is easily achieved once dieters understand these three keys.
The following are my top three reasons why people fail to lose weight fast and keep the unwanted pounds and inches off:
Lack of support:
All the latest research has shown how critical it is for dieters to have a support system in place. When times get tough, and they will, people need to have a community of positive people to turn to that will help them achieve their rapid fat loss goals.
People who seek social support may be 42% more likely to lose weight compared to those who do not seek social support. Remember the mindset you are creating … social support is a significant part of your new mindset. Surround yourself with positive people who will be there to help keep you on track.
Where should your social support come from? You shouldn’t always assume that your family members are the best support. Sometimes they are the worst choices! Anyone who has a negative attitude concerning your body weight should not have a role in your social support. Friends or colleagues who also want to lose weight may be good allies because you can work together to keep each other on track.

Paralysis by analysis:
Too often dieters wait for the perfect time or want to have the perfect plan in place before trying to lose weight fast and keep it off. The plan only needs be good enough to get started. It is mandatory to create a weight loss plan, but not at the expense of never getting started with rapid fat loss. Create a plan centered around a support community and lifestyle changes and adjust the plan as necessary.

Who else want to experience FAST weight loss right AFTER the holidays are over? I don’t know about you, but I’m getting sick of seeing these silly little “obey” ads everywhere. One says “obeying this rule.” Another says “obeying this one rule.” Still another says “obeying this one old rule.” Jeese, it’s the same thing! Sometimes they take off the “ing” and it’s “obey bla bla bla!”Â

What’s really bad, is you go to a web page and you may find half a dozen “obey” ads on the same frackin page. Give us a break. What can we do to squelch this silly ad spam? Well I guess as long as people keep clicking on them and buying their crap then they will continue plague us with their ad sores.

I remember when I needed to lose weight sometime back. Here’s my story…

I had a real problem. I needed to lose some weight, and I needed to lose it fast.
As often I do, I tend to procrastinate. I got the info about the class reunion in plenty of time, but as usual, I waited.

Then something caught my eye and I realized if I did not want to be a whale at the reunion I really needed to do something. And I needed to do it fast. Problem was, I had no idea what to do or where to go.

My first thought was: Join a fitness center. But my brain remembered a saying that went like this: “exercising a fat body will only result in a strong fat body.”

I knew that there were professional weight-loss programs like Jenny Craig and NutriSystem along with different diets like Atkins that have great results, but they do it over time. To me⦠A long time. A really LONG time!

I thought about trying diet pills, but didn’t want that edgy caffeine feeling. So I started looking on the Internet. Everywhere I went I kept seeing this same OLD ad. “#1 Rule, Obey.” I looked at the ad and quickly saw that it was pretty much a scam. “Obey this one rule” and your life would be totally different. Well, what I say after researching it is “BULL CRAP!”

After searching beyond the stupid “Just Obey this 1 Rule” crap was some real information that could get my weight down quickly.

In fact! I found a couple of e-books that I bought, and downloaded instantly, that changed my life forever. And by following their instructions, I was able to get my weight down considerably in time for my reunion. And I’m stronger too.

Now when I see those STUPID crap Ads that say something like: “#1 rule for a perfect body.” or “1 rule bla bla bla” or “obey” – I simply point my finger at it and say: “DISOBEY!”

There’s no point in heading out to the nearest drugstore to buy the latest miracle cure for fat when you want to lose weight. We all want to lose at least a few pounds don’t we? The best way to lose weight is to eat the right foods and become more active.
I’m going to share with you some of the best foods to eat that will help you feel fuller for longer, and give you the energy your body needs to burn those extra pounds.
Fruits and vegetables.
It goes without saying that fruits and vegetables are natureâs most wholesome foods and because of this they are the most beneficial when it comes to losing weight. The key to losing weight is to make certain that the bulk of the food you are eating is comprised of steamed veggies and raw fruits. Eating these foods in this state is more beneficial to your health, as cooking can often remove many of the important vitamins and minerals from the food.
It is preferable to leave fruit and vegetables unpeeled whenever possible. Carrots, parsnips and some varieties of potatoes as just some examples of vegetable that can be cooked unpeeled. Scrub them well first but as a lot of the vitamins is to be found just under the skin, it is for this reason that it is better not to peel them.
One of the number one foods you can eat when you’re trying to lose weight apples and another is anything citrus. Citrus fruits not only contain much needed vitamin c which will help you to feel better and have the energy you need to burn off those extra calories. Citric acid helps to break down fat in the system. They are also low in calories.
Potatoes
It’s a common myth that potatoes are fattening, the truth is that they contain a similar number of calories to pasta and rice and all three foods are very good for you and should be included in a healthy diet plan. As already mentioned potatoes, whenever possible, should be scrubbed clean and left unpeeled.
Your body needs carbohydrates in order to function, contrary to what some of those fad diets would have you believe. A cooked potato contains about 90 calories.
It’s not the potato that is fattening it is the melted butter on them or having them roasted or deep fried as potatoes chips that piles the calories on. Remember, a pat of butter carries 100 calories – all of which are fat calories – and is at least 30% saturated fat! Better still, is to have a baked or jacket potato with a low calorie topping or filling. Delicious!
You will soon find that when you are watching what you eat and it becomes a part of your life, you don’t need to give up the foods that taste great to lose the weight.
