I need to lose weight and need an easy diet plan to follow with two kids and not a ton of money to spend or hours to cook. Willing to take supplements along with just need something, anything!!!

I’m about 5′6 and I have a common condition where exercise can be very painful in the muscles of my leg… I want to know how to lose weight without all the pain I go through in P.E. class.
Exercising will help you a lot in losinng weight and of course discipline in some foods you want to eat. Recently I saw this site and it gives several tips for weight loss which had helped me in improving my diet to gain the body I’ve always wanted.
